As with every year-end and new year beginning, the need arises to pause and review what we did well and where we could have acted better. At GJ Comunicaciones, this reflection is part of our culture. Self-criticism is an engine that drives us to take corrective and proactive measures that keep us at a standard of excellence.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

P<\/span>For our year-end strategic meeting, I wanted to share with the team the lessons learned from 2025. I asked myself what explains the loss of some clients and what, in contrast, makes others feel fully satisfied with our management. That honest look allowed us to identify patterns, both of opportunity and of strength.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We'll start with the most frequent errors. One of the most visible is a lack of attention to detail. From a press release with a typo to a spokesperson's misspelled name, these are flaws that may seem minor but affect client perception. Perhaps they arise from haste, reliance on technology, or the tendency to multitask. My invitation was clear: avoidable errors are the shadow of inattention. Quality is built in the details and destroyed by small oversights. Taking care of the details means taking care of the team, the agency, and our reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another constant we identified is execution without a deep understanding of the direction or the client's expectations. In the rush to deliver, we sometimes take the wrong path. I shared this idea with them: when we don't thoroughly know the objectives, we navigate without a compass, and without a compass, we don't reach the destination the client expects. Understanding the \u201cwhy\u201d is as important as executing the \"what.\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Multitasking has also become a silent enemy. During virtual or in-person meetings, it's common to see the team checking emails, replying to messages, or handling tasks for other accounts. This distraction not only increases errors but also weakens the understanding of requirements. I reminded them that when we are not fully present, we interpret halfway, and when we interpret halfway, we fail. Absolute presence is an act of respect toward the client, the team, and our own reputation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then we move on to what makes us stand out. Despite the challenges, the team shone. The first half of 2025 was complex, but resilience and collective commitment allowed us to maintain the satisfaction of many clients. It was a demanding year that leaves us more mature, firm, and aware of our value. What sustained us in 2025 is the same attitude that will drive us in 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The year also revealed something essential. The environment is changing rapidly, and we must do the same. We've experienced restructurings, new roles, rotations, and new demands. We concluded that flexibility is not just necessary, it's a competitive advantage. Adapting allowed us to remain relevant and respond agilely to every challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And, of course, we reaffirm something that is part of our DNA. At GJ, \u201cyes, we can\u201d is a way of working. Our clients recognize our problem-solving attitude and our ability to provide solutions rather than problems. Resolving opens doors, builds trust, and turns a good agency into an extraordinary one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I close with a message of deep gratitude to the more than fifty teammates at GJ Comunicaciones. Thank you for your talent, your dedication, and your ability to get back up even in the most challenging moments. Thank you for believing in this project and for making everything we achieved this year possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
